Hudson and Dixcee are learning to play with one another a little better. It really depends on the day and varies throughout the day... If Hudson is feeling generous with his toys, things go really well, if Dixcee is feeling generous by giving all her toys, things go really well. When they are both feeling possessive, well... you can only imagine. I'm not sure if its a girl thing but Dixcee is all about screaming when she wants the toy and then crying immediately after if its taken away. It could be that she has no other way to communicate though.

She is getting better with words, she can say: cookie, pizza, no, ya, mama, dada, hot, snow, sister, and her version of princess, popcorn, cracker, and baby. She loves her princess toys (Little People brand), and will carry them around everywhere, along with all four of her blankets... she may have a problem. She also loves dressing up, and her shoe obsession has expanded to wearing mine and Landons shoes now.

Dixcee loves ALL food, even avocado. She is using a fork and sitting at the table with us now, and usually likes to take bites from my plate after she has picked through her own and isn't having success with the fork. She loves to eat sauces by themselves... she will dip her fingers in ketchup or ranch and lick them off her fingers, pretty gross, and we always have to tell her to bit the food with the sauce on it, but she usually never does. Still only 6 teeth.

She still loves swimming and loves being outside... we've had some good weather so we've been able to go out a little bit, but she would go outside without shoes or a jacket if we'd let her. She loves to tackle dad and climb on his back. She has also learned how to jump, she doesn't really get off the ground yet, but it means she's closer to hitting a volleyball! She also loves making messes... who wouldn't at her age?

Dixcee became a big sister! I can't believe we have three little ones. Dixcee is doing really great, we definitely had to teach her to be gentle and soft but she is her sisters biggest advocate. Every time she is crying Dixcee lets us know and every morning after Dixcee finds us (usually in our bed) she is quickly looking for sister.

Our love for her is growing each and every day, she has such a fun and energetic personality, hard to keep up with sometimes, but so much fun. She is going to be a great big sister and can tell she is going to be a mini me just because she can't sit still. We love her!

There isn't much to say about a 1 month old except that she is super sleepy all the time and cuddly as can be. She has a great little start to hair (more than the two older kids had) We're thinking its going to be red. Her eyes have been blue from the get-go, which has been interesting, we'll see if they change as she gets older.

She is adjusting to the schedule her crazy mom inflicts on her, and learning how to put herself to sleep pretty well. At night she is sleeping from about 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM and will wake up between 5:00 and 6:00 AM, which is great so I can nurse her and get ready for the other two to wake up around 7:00ish.

Her face reminds me of Hudson when he was little, but I only say that after seeing pictures of Hudson. That being said I thought Hudson and Dixcee looked exactly alike when they smiled, maybe all my kids will just look the same as babies. She really likes tummy time and her mommy. When she needs to be calmed its usually me that can get her to settle a lot faster than Dad, which was completely opposite with Dixcee.

Her siblings really love her! Dixcee a little too much... she is always in her face and every time she cries Dixcee is the first to respond. Every morning when Dixcee wakes up she is immediately searching for Harley (after she finds Dad or I). It's a good thing, and possibly a bad thing as Dixcee is sick right now.

Hudson keeps asking for another beautiful sister... Oh, Hudson... it's going to be a while. He loves little Harley and is always very excited when her eyes are open. He is also very protective of her and wants everyone to know that Harley is his sister. Every time I take her to the doctor he asks, "Are you  going to the Doctor to make Harley bigger?" I think he is excited to play with her a little more. It will be pretty exciting for him once she is mobile I think.

We love her tons and are excited to see what kind of personality we'll get from her!

Dixcee is a fireball! She has a mind of her own, she is always very determined. She is walking now and has become very adventurous, which will probably lead to some dangerous stunts. She loves to climb on things and attempt some gymnastics moves. She likes to do what Hudson is doing which is most times a little advanced for her little wobbles.

She loves loves loves her blankets… and stuffed animals. She is really loving shoes and socks, kind of weird, but whatever floats her boat! She also likes any kind of baskets or objects she can put things in.

We finished out volleyball season strong, my kids were lucky to have Aunt Brooklyn watch them every day during practice and games. Brooklyn took them to the park and played with them lots and lots. Dixcee loves slides and swings!
She has 6 teeth, which we are very proud of! They've taken a long time to come in so we're very happy to have them.

Dixcee continues to be a little Daddy's girl. She loves being with Dad and runs to him every time he comes home. Landon loves his little girl as well and she survived her first BYU Football season with dad cheering on his team.

Her vocabulary is expanding she can say: buba, ball, ka-ka, da-da, hi, most times she just whines to communicate.  She points at what she needs and whines. She loves milk (needs to drink more) but really loves it, she does not like avocado! That is the only thing we have found she doesn’t like.

Dixcee had her second Halloween, but first dress up, she was so stinkin cute and Hudson did a great job getting candy for the both of them, it was a fun night. We are excited to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with this crazy girl and to see her react to a new baby sister. We love her tons

So much to say about this little girl! She has the most beautiful smile and the most contagious laugh! She is also really good at taking pictures, which makes a mom happy! It has been so fun having a girl, she brings a very sassy personality to our home and has been so fun to watch Hudson learn how to play with her.

She isn't walking yet, she can do everything crawling, why walk? She walks around couches and has been pulling herself up for a while now but hasn't braved to step away from the couch. She also loves walking with us holding her hands, really loves it! She could go for hours with us holding her up, hopefully those first solo steps will come soon! She has mastered going up and down stairs, after only tumbling once.. thats good right?

She still loves outside and I think she is getting used to being in the gym again as volleyball has started. She has started on milk and really seems to love it. Her love for stuffed animals is growing, really she loves anything soft and cuddly. She really loves jewelry, every time I wear any she pulls at it until I give it to her, we ended up just buying some of her own.

Dixcee loves her pup, Rio, so much and her Daddy even more. She has now switched to calling us both dada. She is also really good at making the duck face. So cute!

We celebrated her first birthday at Grandma Anglin's house. Aunt Kelsey made her cake, and she wanted nothing to do with it. Hudson tried to help her enjoy it but she wasn't having it. She was spoiled with lots of gifts and some new soft and cuddly things and she is going to love. We love her so much!
